Governance and Ethics Committee

Formed in 2019 by consolidating the former Governance Committee, Ethics Committee, and Facilities Naming and Honorary Recognition Ad Hoc Committee, this body focuses on refining policies and procedures regarding City Council operations and good government practices. The committee also oversees the implementation of the City's Code of Ethics & Values program and reviews requests for facility naming and honorary recognitions throughout Santa Clara.
